These women were not only strong but they also misused their immense powers to make themselves infamous forever in history. Don't believe the looks, Queen Elizabeth was an extremely cruel lady ruler. She had thousands of Catholics murdered in England and Ireland. She was also involved in slave trade and kept Queen Mary of Scots prisoner for about 19 years before finally killing her.

There is a reason she is called the 'Bloody Mary'. She reigned for a brief period but Queen Mary was responsible for harsh persecution of the Protestants. She did some totally despicable things like burning more than 300 Protestant at the stakes.

Elizabeth Bathory

One of the most infamous serial killer in history, Elizabeth Bathory was an Hungarian Countess. It is said that she loved to bathe in the blood of young girls. She got a lot of young girls murdered and mutilated.

Mary Ann Cotton

Mary Ann Cotton is said to have murdered more than 20 people by arsenic poisoning. She poisoned her two husbands, all of her seven children from both marriages, mother, lover, friend and many other children.

Delphine Lalaurie

Delphine Lalaurie was a socialite from New Orleans. She chained her slaves , removed their body parts and sew them up to their other parts of the body. She also sew some people's mouth and a woman was found with her limbs removed and sliced to look like a caterpillar.

Belle Gunness

She was one of America's most degenerate lady serial killers. She killed both her husbands and all of her children just for the greed of money. It is said that she killed over 20 people.

She was another name for torture in China. She was the driving force behind the Cultural Revolution in China. It is said that she tortured and killed over 500,000 people comprising mainly of intellectuals and professionals.

Irma Grese

She was a notorious Nazi. She tortured the victims of the concentration camps in Germany both physically and emotionally. She habitually wore heavy boots and carried a whip in her hand.

Ilse Koch

She was the wife of Karl Koch, the commandant of the most infamous concentration camp in Germany, Buchenwald. It is said that she loved souvenirs like shrunken heads of victims, tattooed skin which were later turned into lampshades. Ilse Koch committed suicide by hanging herself.
