If you thought that size zero was only for females, then think again. Stuart Koman, president and CEO of Walden Behavioral Care, a treatment center near Boston, has reported that male anorexia is on a rise.

As an awareness, a British mannequin maker Rootstein, has decided to launch the skinniest male form. It will make his debut next month. The mannequin boasts a 35-inch chest and a 27-inch waist.

The starved look of the mannequin will portray the rising eating disorder reported in men.

“We are seeing men younger and younger, and we recently treated an 11-year-old. It used to be just very occasional that we would treat a man with an eating disorder. Now it"s pretty constant, at a low level," said Stuart Koman.

Eating disorder among men have risen from 10 percent to 25 percent in the time period of 10 years.
