There is so many things that one would want to do and achieve, set goals today to follow your dreams as the New Year 2011, is close.

Here is a list to change your life for the better.

1.Healthy – The one way to change your life is to get healthy by following a strict diet. If you are an obese person, start now to loose those pounds to look stunning soon. If you are an anorexia patient, get fit and eat healthy to gain weight.

2.Social Life – This is very important to change your life for the better. It is time for you stop being alone. Get some friends, talk to strangers and hang out, get to know people who you find interesting and most of all do not label the people you meet. Another tip that can change your life is to call old friends and simply go on a movie date or catch up for coffee.

3.Emotional Life – It is a good thing to pamper yourself once in a while. Set time for yourself to visit the beauty parlor or go out for a long ride, trekking, go carting etc. You can also take on something very religious, go in for meditation and yoga to help you change your life for the better. It is important to let go of the past as it can be a hindrance to every step in your future.

4.Financial Aspect – This will seem difficult for those of you who are extreme shopaholics. Get a grip and tell yourself that you need to start saving. It is advisable to keep an account of how much you are spending so that you do not get to spend on unnecessary things. It is also good to set aside an emergency fund so that it will be useful to you at some point or another.
