Ranju, belonging to a middle class family, has proved that physical deformity does not prevent anybody from achieving their dreams of life.
She wanted to become a magistrate as soon as she passed her secondary school examinations. It was then that she decided to do her post graduation first after which she opted for this profession.
After passing her post graduation Ranju learnt computers and also tried her luck in Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) Examination in 2006. However, because of her physical deformity, she was disqualified.
She was so determined, that nothing could discourage her. After overcoming the legal issues, the Government finally allowed her to join as State Revenue Officer in Jharkhand.
