The success saga of 'Slumdog Millionaire' continues and the musician with magical tastes bags the best music award at the BAFTA. While A.R.Rahman cherished his award at the BAFTA award ceremony, 'Slumdog Millionaire' enjoyed receiving seven gongs.

The film has won the Best Film and Best Director for Danny Boyle. The award for best sound editing was bestowed on Resul Pookutty in the same film. The film also bagged awards for Best Editing, Best Cinematography and Best Screenplay.

Best Actor-Mickey Rourke, The Wrestler

Best Actress- Kate Winslet, The Reader

Best Film- Slumdog Millionaire

Best Music- AR Rahman, Slumdog Millionaire

Best Director-Danny Boyle, Sulmdog Millionaire

Best Screenplay- Simon Beaufoy, Slumdog Millionaire

Best Supporting Actor-Heath Ledger, Dark Knight

Best Supporting Actress- Penelope Cruz, Vicky Cristina Barcelona AGENCIES
