Lakme Fashion Week 2015: INIFD Gives Us A White Look For Summer
It was a wonderful start to day 1 at the Lakme Fashion Week 2015. We got to see a couple of ace designers opening day 1 with their collections all geared up for the hot summer.
These handful of Gen Next designers have surely taken fashion to the next level. The colours and the patterns they have chosen to blow your mind will leave you thinking how to update your wardrobe.

Designer Priyanka Ella commenced day 1 of LFW 2015 with a Japanese touch. Her designs were in pure white and simply elegant. The wabi-sabi attires were completed with tons of cloth. The footwear too was one of a kind since they matched it perfectly well with the white tunis. Designer Priyanka Ella also combined bold black shades to suit the taste for those who love the colour.
The second designer Kanika Goyal brought in a retro style. This Gen Next aspiring designer gave us a look of colours you can now introduce in your wardrobe. The shades she showcased on the ramp were wonderfully bright and awesome. Nothing can beat the feeling of going retro under the scorching sun.

Alan Alexander too gave us a view of white shades. This Gen Next designer had a lot of strings attached to her ensembles and sheer fabrics played in sober shades of navy blue and white.

The one designer who captivated our attention in a second was Salitha Nanda. It was the most colourful collection we saw on day 1 at LFW 2015. She has made use of geometric patterns and loud colours. The designer also added headgears and roman sandals to the collection. All in all, we loved these latest designs featured on the ramp on day 1 at Lakme Fashion Week 2015.
