Vidya Balan is one unpredictable celebrity when you look at her from the fashion angle. Vidya has dawned a black lungi skirt with a brick red top. The top that Vidya is wearing is comfortably off-shoulders. The top also has loose poncho like sleeves that goes with the generally loose fitting of the blouse. This kind of top complemented the black lungi skirt very well and also helped to hide Vidya's 'tyres' or layers of belly fat.
