Kate Middleton Pregnant With Second Baby
The beautiful Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton gave us a surprise when she confirmed the news of her second pregnancy. The stunning Kate Middleton who gave birth to little Prince George five months ago is excited after her pregnancy tests ran positive. Sources reveal that the Duchess is expecting a girl, which she will name after her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.
For a couple of months now, the Duchess and Prince William have been shunning down reports of the second pregnancy. However, after sources finalised the news of baby number 2, fans around the world were overwhelmed with joy.

It is believed that the beautiful Kate Middleton who is pregnant with the second baby is now in the first trimester of her pregnancy. Unlike her previous pregnancy, Kate seems to be in the best of health with baby number 2.
