Now who said that only diamonds are a girl's best friend? Apart from diamonds, the colour gold too is widely popular. Telephonic singer, Lady Gaga who was seen near her home in New York looked bright and glitsy in a gold dress. To top it all, she paired this glittering attire with a beaded gold headdress and oversized shades by Le Specs.

Since we are aware of Lady Gaga's sense of style, this golden attire did not come as a shocker. However, the colour combination did. Often, we see the singer in random amount of colours, but this time she decided to go with only one shade - gold. The golden dress on Lady Gaga was quite the look. The need to dress in this way was inspired from a vintage look which made her look pleasing to the eyes. The gold which glittered on her right through the night, was of a dull shade and thus gave out a nice appeal.

The cut out pattern of Lady Gaga's dress was out of this world. The glitsy gold dress was cut perfectly at the waist and the shoulders. The bodice of the dress had a little in detail colour and a darker shade too which matched her headdress. The stunning 28-year-old also made sure to get attention by opting for golden coloured sandals which added a better look to her dressing style.

To match this lovely look for the evening, Lady Gaga's golden dress was complemented with a heavily beaded golden headdress, which we think was a little too much of pomp and show. She could have stopped with the golden dress, but she had to add in the golden headdress. Moreover, the oversized oversized shades by Le Specs gave out a different appeal!

Her style for the evening was wrapped with a black fur clutch bag and berry pink lips. Thank our stars, we didn't see golden lipstick on her.
