Michelle Obama In Naeem Khan
While we were busy celebrating Diwali at our homes, the First Lady Michelle Obama celebrated Diwali in proper Bollywood style. Michelle Obama is not just popularly known for her good deeds and social work, but the First lady is also known for her elegant fashion sense. On November 6 2013, the influential first lady celebrated Diwali at White House.
Michelle Obama looked gorgeous in a Naeem Khan ensemble. She wore a light pink coloured sequinned knee-length dress by Naeem Khan during the Diwali celebrations at the White House. The sleeveless Naeem Khan designed dress featured a plain bodice and a high waist skirt. The skirt was heavily embellished with metallic beads and sequin work. The bottom also had prints of fish and flowers in metallic beads of different colours. The bodice was completely plain and sleeveless. It helped the First Lady flaunt her gorgeous asset, her arms!
The Naeem Khan creation fit the First Lady's well and flaunted her toned figure to perfection. Michelle Obama completed her Diwali look with a simple pearl necklace. Later she was seen wearing the flower garland after the Puja was performed by the Brahmin. Michelle Obama was in the perfect festive mood as the First Lady danced to some desi Indian beats and showed her desi moves.
Well, seeing the First lady Michelle Obama in Naeem Khan is not a surprise. There is no doubt that Naeem Khan is one of the favourite designers of the First Lady. Even earlier we have seen the stylish First Lady wearing Naeem Khan creations. There are too many Naeem Khan outfits seen on Michelle Obama. For example, the silver metallic beaded sleeveless dress that she wore at the surprise appearance during Oscars 2013 in February was from none other than Naeem Khan. Similarly, in 2012, Michelle Obama looked stunning in a floral print strapless Naeem Khan dress that she wore at the White House Correspondents' Dinner.
