IIJW'13 Day 2: Gitanjali Jewellers
Day 2 of the ongoing IIJW 2013 was wrapped up by Gitanjali Jewellers. The brand showcased its all new creations on the ramp of India International Jewellery Week 2013. Even this show started with a bride and groom exchanging varmala on the ramp. The couple walked the ramp and commenced the show. When compared to the first day, Day 2 was less star-studded. Only few celebrities like Rana Dagupatti, Kajal Aggarwal, Taapsee Pannu and Neha Dhupia walked the ramp as showstoppers.
Gitanjali Jewellers had a celebrity showstopper. Neha Dhupia walked the ramp in a traditional bridal avatar. We just fell in love with the heavy jewellery that she wore to cover her empty neck, ears and forehead. Gitanjali has used intricate designs in gold and diamond. We saw choker necklaces in gold, thin floral diamond and ruby necklaces and many such designs that can tempt a woman to wear these jewellery at several occasions.
We even saw rani haars by Gitanjali Jewellers at Day 2 of IIJW 2013. Gold rani haars have drop ruby or pearl on the pendant and has matching earrings. These jewellery can go well with any traditional outfit. Be it saree, lehenga or anarkali gown, the jewellery can be worn to get the sophisticated and feminine touch! Kundan Rani Haar
This rani haar has kundan, golden and ruby work on it. Even small crystals of emerald can be seen on the haar. It has been teamed up with a matching earring.

The golden choker necklace has a ruby drop which makes it look classy and bright! It has been teamed up with a matching earring and mangtikka.

Diamond and Ruby Rani Haar
The choker necklace looks like a rani haar as it is heavy and bridal! Diamond and ruby crystals are sparkling bright on the ramp of IIJW 2013.

The blend of white diamond and green emerald stones is just awesome!

Diamonds are a girl's best friend. The diamond necklace has been teamed up with a matching earring. Can be worn with traditional outfits.

Neha Dhupia
The actress was the showstopper for Gitanjali Jewellers. She looked gorgeous like a traditional Indian bride wearing ruby and diamond jewellery.
