Natalie Portman Supports "Power Of A Girl"
And not just that, Natalie Portman will also be offering prizes to the winners called "Power of a Girl" prize pack. According to the site, anyone aged between 13 to 21 will be eligible to participate among which the top 5 will be given an opportunity to explain why they think it's important to empower the girls through education and for which the fundraising will start from February 1st till May 1st to raise funds for Kisaruni school.
"With women comprising 70 percent of the world's poor, investing in the education of girls is one of the best ways to end the cycle of poverty," E! online quoted Natalie Portman as saying.
The lucky prize winner will win a trip to Kenya this summer and will also get Natalie Portman's Rodarte dress from the AFI premiere of "Black Swan" and tickets to watch the premiere of her upcoming film.
