But sources reveal that the sportsman Reggie Bush will always have a special place in her heart. According to one of the insider, Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush had a spectacular relationship but they broke up for reasons like distance, career and lifestyles.

30-yr-old Kim Kardashian is now dating Kris Humphries and also had reportedly visited her boyfriend's hometown of Minneapolis. And according to reports the reality star has already been a hit with Kris's family and has won approval from the 25-yr-old NBA player's clan. Kim Kardashian had been to Minneapolis to cheer her boyfriend when his team played on New Year's Day.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian has admitted she"s insecure about her appearance and has said that she doesn't find herself as sexy as everyone thinks about her. However the actress admitted that modeling for playboy was a liberating experience.
