Kim Kardashian Gets Emotional With "Gold"

After the successful launch of her latest perfume "Gold", reality star Kim Kardashian says that the new fragrance reminds special memories of childhood. Kim on the occasion remembered about how her late father would gift her fragrances when she was younger.

'When my dad would go away on trips he always came back with a special perfume for me. I hated when he bought perfume for his girlfriends, but loved it when he bought me a glamorous bottle of his favourite scent of gardenia. So when I was developing Gold, I thought of him and other happy times in my childhood," the source quoted Kim Kardashian as saying.

30-year-old Kim Kardashian, who recently launched the fragrance after her debut last year, said that it was a very stressful process. From choosing a bottle for the perfume to it's scent, everything got too difficult, said the socialite.

'To me, summer is sexy, beachy and glamorous with thoughts turning to romantic evenings. I wanted something powerful yet not too sweet. I got stressed out while developing the scent because I wanted it to be just perfect. added Kim Kardashian.
