Simon Cowell has recently started finding delight in his favourite childhood pudding, Angel Delight. Simon Cowell takes two packets of his comfort food out of habit. He walks round with a packet of cigarettes and a packet of Angel Delight.

Simon Cowell also keeps a bowl of pink Angel Delight at home or even in the back of a limo. It seems he turns to a child in 80s. However it seems that in particular, Simon has taken to heart the blacklash over Jedward and the latest reject Lucie Jones.

Simon Cowell's best pal Sinitta revealed that he struggles to cope with the criticism over his treatment of Irish twins John and Edward on the X Factor. Sinitta used to date Cowell and works as a mentor to contestants on the show. She said that Simon had been deeply affected by the row over the twins.
