Michelle Obama's Latest Hair Style, On News

While she has been dubbed as a fashion icon by many for her effortless styling, however, every aspect of Mrs. Obama lands her on the headlines. Reportedly Michelle Obama sported a up-do hairstyle , something that she has done only two times in the past. She is well known for her hair styled straight or flipped at the ends.
The First Lady made an appearance at the Department of Transportation as part of a series of "pep talk" speeches at government agencies, wearing a signature brooch, a houndstooth blazer (by Chicago designer Peter Soronen) that she's worn before along with her pulled back hair do.
Previously the First Lady adorned a pull-back look at the last year's Democratic National Convention, another time on the campaign trail on a boiling-hot July day in 2007, onstage with Oprah last February and at her wedding, in 1992.
This has surprisingly caused a stir among her style followers. "This up-do feels very soft, casual and easy," the New York Daily News quoted Mary Tomer, founder of Mrs-O.org, a blog dedicated to the First Lady's outfits, as saying.
She added: "It's elegant without trying too hard. She's got this short jacket on and this really bold broach and so I think pulling her hair up keeps the whole look feeling very cohesive and polished."
The White House refused to respond to the string of phone calls for the query, some insiders have expressed shock at the reaction of the public to the mere change of look by Mrs. Obama. "Jeez. She only pulled it back for one second," said a source.
