Ledger's Hollywood Hills Home Sells For $2.5m

Layne David Dicker and Jeff Gillman, the trustees of Ledger's estate, had arranged the sale with Miami-based company Eighty Ten Properties LLC.
The sale was completed in May, as per the Los Angeles County public records.
Ledger purchased the unique two bedroom, two bathroom post-and-beam home in 2005 for 2.3 million dollars from US TV talk show host and comedienne Ellen DeGeneres.
Ledger, who was 28-years-old when he passed away in January in New York from an accidental prescription drug overdose, had been the star of 2008's box office hit, The Dark Knight.
It is not known how the proceeds from the sale will be shared, or if his daughter Matilda, who turns three next month, or his former fiancee will be included.
Ledger had filed his will in Australia in 2003, before he met Williams on the set of their 2005 film Brokeback Mountain, and he did not update it to include the actress or Matilda.
The bulk of his estate was placed in a trust for his parents, Kim and Sally, and his three sisters.
