Former supermodel Carol Alt is going to bare all for Playboy magazine – and she's doing it to inspire middle aged women to eat healthy.

Carl, a big fan of raw food, who is not comfortable with posing naked has said revealed that she intends to urge women to keep fit and healthy.

"I've done a lot of soul-searching about this and have spoken extensively with Playboy about it," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying. "They have been amazing to work with and are embracing this message that I want to get across, which is eat healthy, look healthy and be healthy," she said.

"It doesn't matter what age you are. You can look sexy and feel great, and that doesn't have to be a gift only for the young. It can be a gift for any age, even the old (whatever that is nowadays)," she added.

Carol is currently in a relationship with Russian ice hockey player Alexei Yashin, a man thirteen years her junior who played previously with the Ottawa Senators and the New York Islanders.

After the first Playboy history created by Marilyn Monroe, various women of fame and beauty have gone over to adorn the notorious boys magazine.
