Bhopal, Mar 1 (UNI) Kerala's Mohiniattam enthralled spectators on the fourth evening of the Khajuraho Dance Festival that began in that world-renowned tourist destination on February 25, official sources said.
Neena Prasad presented Ganesh Stuti and concluded her performance with Ashtapadi from Jayadeva's 'Geet Govinda'. Ashtapadi is a depiction of Radha's distressed state of mind due to separation from Krishna.
That was followed by Shiv Stuti and the Varanasi gharana's Kathak by Jitendra Maharaj's disciples Nalini and Kamalini, who are sisters. The programme concluded with an Odissi performance by Bhopal's Bindu Juneja who began with Shiv Vandana.
