Bad boy Salman Khan has again taken a drive to court, but this time the situation is the other way round. Salman is the complainant and has filed a case against the directors of Cinevistas Ltd. The matter is that, Cinevista had signed up Salman for their film 'Garv - Pride and Honour' which released two years ago. Salman though, is still not paid the amount of Rs. 26.42 lakhs by the production house and all the prior checks given to him were dishonored by the bank as the payment was been blocked by the drawer.
Salman had served a legal notice to Cinevista and its directors under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act on August 6th last year. The matter finally came up for hearing on Thursday before a city magistrate.
