According to the latest notification issued under Cable (Network) Rules 1994, no movies, music videos or film promos which have been certified A or UA, can be screened on the small screen without a re-certification from the Censor Board.
Simply put, it means that films like 'Rang De Basanti' etc, won't be shown unless and until the makers' go to the Censor Board again or some major changes are made in the above-mentioned act!
