Vuyyuru, Andhra Pradesh, Sep 28 (UNI) National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) Director D Raghunatha Rao today stressed on the importance of nutritious food in the context of spread of diseases due to change in food habits.
Speaking during a meeting on nutrition held as part of 'Bharat Nirman' campaign here, Dr Rao said one had to know the nutritional value of different food items and take a balanced diet to get nutrients required for healthy living.
