Removing Kitchen Oil Stains: Easy Cleaning Tips

Oil versus oil
To remove an oil stain, you can use mineral oils like olive oil. Take some mineral oil on a tissue paper and rub it thoroughly on the oil stain. The oil stain reduces and the oil gunk is removed effectively. This is one good way to remove oil stains from the kitchen.

Vinegar
Make a mixture of water and vinegar with a ratio of 2:1. Use this mixture to wipe oil stains from kitchen accessories. Vinegar is effective in removing the stubborn oil stains easily. Take the mixture on a cloth and wipe the area of stain properly. This method is also an effective way of removing the grease on your kitchen walls and cabinets.

Baking soda
Baking soda is also a good cleaning agent. Use a mixture of baking soda and water. Take a sponge and dip it in this solution. Wipe the area of oil stains with the sponge. The baking soda lightens the oil stains. Regularly use this method till the stain goes off completely. This is also an effective method to remove oil stains from your kitchen.

Detergent
Detergent can also remove oil effectively from floors, stove and other kitchen accessories. Mix some detergent in warm water. Now you can use this warm solution to wipe oil stains from the kitchen. The warm water and detergent together are very effective in cleaning oil stains easily. You may use this method to clean oil stains from the kitchen.

Lemon
Lemon drops and baking soda make a superb combination to remove oil stains from the kitchen. Mix baking soda in lemon juice and rub the mixture on oil stains. You can also use a lemon alone to remove oil stains. Rub a slice of lemon on the area of the oil stain. Therefore, lemon is a good way to reduce oil stains from kitchen.

Hot water
If the oil stain is fresh, then you can use hot water to clean the stain immediately. Hot water removes oil from the floor or other kitchen accessories instantly.
