Guide To Clean A Bathroom In 5 Steps
Starting and finishing your day in a sparkling clean bathroom makes life a little more enjoyable. But there is a catch- someone actually has to do the cleaning of the bathroom consistently! Cleaning your bathroom doesn't have to be as difficult and time consuming as you might think. Here's our guide to five simple steps that will get the job done fast. So, grab your rubber gloves, long handled duster, vinegar, mop and a handful of cleaning cloths before you begin cleaning your bathroom.
Step
One
You're
going
to
clean
your
bathroom
literally
starting
at
the
top.
Grab
a
duster
that
has
a
long
handle
and
start
dusting
the
ceiling.
Once
the
ceiling
is
done,
work
your
way
down
the
walls.
By
working
in
a
downwards
motion
any
dust
and
debris
will
move
to
the
floor
(where
you
will
clean
last).
Once
the
walls
and
ceiling
are
done
then
dust
the
bathroom
door
back
and
front,
the
tops
of
tiles
that
might
be
on
the
walls,
and
any
cabinetry,
shower
rods
and
vanities
that
meet
the
back
of
the
walls
and
collect
dust
on
little
ledges.
The
main
focus
in
step
one
is
to
dust
everything
beginning
at
the
top
and
always
dusting
downwards.
Once
you
get
into
a
regular
cleaning
routine
you
will
find
that
dusting
takes
only
a
minute
or
two
to
complete.
Step
Two
Next
step
is
to
clean
the
shower
and
bath.
Again,
begin
cleaning
from
the
top
and
work
your
way
down
using
a
cleaning
solution
of
diluted
vinegar.
If
your
shower
is
in
need
of
some
heavy
duty
cleaning
then
use
a
more
powerful
solution
or
leave
the
vinegar
on
to
soak
for
some
time.
A
specific
cleaning
agent
for
mould
removal
might
be
needed
if
your
shower
is
particularly
grubby.
Remember
to
clean
the
faucets
thoroughly
too.
Finally,
give
your
tub
and
shower
a
thorough
rinsing
with
clean
water.
Step
Three
Time
to
move
on
to
the
basin
and
vanity
top.
These
areas
can
become
very
dirty
very
quickly,
but
before
you
can
give
them
a
good
clean
you
need
to
remove
all
the
bits
and
pieces
that
are
in
your
way.
Toothbrush
holders,
soap,
razors
and
so
on
are
all
going
to
slow
your
cleaning
down
so
quickly
remove
them
and
proceed
to
clean
the
sink
with
your
vinegar
solution.
Again,
remember
to
clean
the
faucets
and
pay
particular
attention
to
the
drainage
hole
where
soap
scum
builds
up
in
the
basin.
If you have a mirror above your vanity then it surely deserves to be cleaned and left sparkling too. Wiping over all the surfaces you've cleaned with a dry cloth will give them a sparkling finish. When you are done put all the items back on the vanity minus those things that should be stored away inside the cabinets. The less clutter in your bathroom; the more peaceful your bathroom will feel.
Step
Four
You
can't
put
it
off
any
longer-
it's
time
to
clean
the
toilet.
If
you
aren't
wearing
your
rubber
gloves
already,
now
is
the
time
to
put
them
on.
Using
the
toilet
brush
and
vinegar
solution
start
cleaning
under
the
rim
and
work
your
way
downward.
After
that,
you
should
switch
to
the
tank,
the
seat
and
that
hard
to
reach
area
beneath
the
tank.
You
may
not
see
what's
there,
but
rest
assured,
there
is
a
lot
of
dust
and
grime
that
must
go
if
you
want
your
bathroom
to
have
a
clean
smell.
After
you
have
cleaned
all
those
areas
give
the
outside
of
the
toilet
bowl
a
good
wipe
over.
Step
Five
Finally,
it's
time
to
clean
the
floor.
Vacuum
the
floor
clear
of
hair
strands
and
dust
first.
Then,
use
a
wet
mop
and
a
cleaning
solution
to
clean
the
entire
floor.
If
there
are
stubborn
stains
you
can't
get
rid
of,
then
some
good
old
elbow
grease
might
be
required.
Use
a
rag
and
scrub
away
stubborn
stains.
Once
the
floor
is
clean
leave
it
to
air
dry
or
wipe
it
down
if
you
want
a
completely
streak
free
and
sparkling
shine.
