Chandeliers are major attractions in the home decor and to maintain the shine of it you have to clean them. Crystal chandeliers need time to time cleaning as dust formation is easy. 1. Always clean the chandelier when it is cold which means not immediately after switching it off. Unplug the connection to avoid injury. Use soft cotton cloths as paper towels or disposable dusting cloths can scratch the crystals.

2. Never spray cleaner or soak the crystals in a dishwasher.

3. Take out the light bulbs and keep them aside. Put on a pair of soft, cotton gloves and clean the chandelier with a glass cleaner. Spray on your gloves or cloth piece but not on the crystals.
