Wondering how you can take the bath in the bedroom? Interior designers have now created an open-planned bathroom-bedroom that does away with that not-so-loved bathroom door. This will definitely take the bedroom sharing among couples to a new level.

The bathroom in the bedroom will feature a deep-soaker bath, double vanity, frameless shower, and strategically placed toilet. Ensuites are being opened up in the bedroom all in full sight of the king-size bed. Many couples love this idea of quality time with a partner in the bathroom.

Of the 30 bathrooms that the interior designers did last year, 10 were open-plan designs. There are also others for whom the open-toilet idea is not so attractive. They still feel that the theme still needed guidelines.

The bathroom is an intimate space shared between two people. An open ensuite could create a sensual environment in the bedroom. The idea of a bath in the bedroom is beautiful but you have to draw the line somewhere!
