World Health Day 2023:Health Tips For Men And Women Above 60 From A Doctor
World Health Day is observed on 7 April every year. Global health awareness day is celebrated under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO).
The day marks the founding of WHO along with raising awareness of the importance of global health. World Health Day 2023 theme is 'Health for All,' commemorating the 75th anniversary of the World Health Organization (WHO).

The World Health Day message to senior citizens, both men and women, should follow regular follow-ups with doctors regarding their Health ailments, especially diabetes, and hypertension, osteoarthritis, joints. Here are some tips for men and women over 60. Read on!
- They should keep walking, maintain their physical activities regularly, having good nutrition containing calcium, rich vitamin D, Vitamin D¹² food products.
- They should follow up regularly with opthomology, as most of the time, they will have early vision loss due to cataract.
- They should keep themselves busy, listening to music, reading books, and spending time with the kith and kind.
- They should also take care of food problems, as most of the time patients having diabetes, will be having neuropathic joints.
- Also, visits are to be made frequently to temples, so that they can spend time.
- Due to summer, they should drink more water, and they should also sleep well, and maintain their good health.
