Our stomach is an unpredictable organ. You may not know when it may become upset, especially if you're one of those who regularly eats outside food.

In some cases, your stomach turbulence can send you rushing to the restroom more often than you thought. If it lasts more than a day or two, it will make your day turn topsy-turvy and will not let you go about your daily routine.

If you have been travelling, or have just started off with new medications, all of these can lead to an irritable bowel. You shouldn't always be ignoring this condition, as sometimes your stomach upset might indicate something more serious.
