Stop Doing These To Your Ears; You Might Turn Deaf
This article talks about certain things that you must avoid doing in order to protect your ears.
Ears are one of the most sensitive parts of our body. Imagine a condition where you cannot hear anything. Frightening, isn't it? Hence, by now you must have realised that it is very essential to take care of your ears and protect them from all kinds of things that can cause any kind of damage to them.

Today, here in this article we shall talk about certain things that you must stop doing that can end up hurting your ears and in the long run can even make you deaf.

You might end up damaging your ears when you use an ear wax candle for cleaning your ears. Research has proved that people who indulge in such practices ultimately end up causing harm to their ear drums.

Earwax is produced by glands in the outer ear canal to trap small particles, keeping them from reaching and harming the eardrum. A blockage of earwax happens when the wax gets shoved deep within the ear canal or fills the width of the canal.

Home made remedies to get rid of excessive earwax buildup at home include over the counter softening ear drops or a bulb kind syringe to gently flush the ear with hot water. Try these instead of ear wax candles. Ear candles are not recommended for removing earwax.

Stop using earphones all the time. Also, do not listen to music that is too loud. Both these end up causing hearing loss.
Stop putting your fingers into your ears and jamming them. This causes bacteria from your nails and fingers to pass on to your ears and can end up causing infection. Also, it can end up pushing ear wax into the inner ear.

Neglecting ear pain is wrong. Go to a doctor and get yourself checked if you have been suffering from ear pain. The condition may or may not be related to the ears. It could be some condition related to your throat as well.
Stop putting pencils and paper clips into your ears. These can end up causing infections.
