2. Honey:

3. Spice Tea:

Dry roast and grind one-fourth cup of cilantro seeds, one and a half tablespoons each of cumin along with fennel seeds, along with a quarter teaspoon of fenugreek seeds. Ginger may be useful in managing common cold and its signs because of its anti-viral, expectorant and anti-inflammatory properties. Eat raw ginger or drink ginger tea many times each day. For a runny nose, mix one teaspoonful each of dry ginger powder, clarified butter and jaggery, a natural sweetener and have it twice a day.
