These Simple Ways Help Prevent Cancer: Check It!
Cancer is a deadly disease that can be prevented with certain simple things that we can follow easily. Read on to know how this can be done.
Cancer is a deadly disease that can strike anyone at anytime. In our body, standard cells multiply when the body needs them and die when the body does not. Cancer appears to happen when the growth of cells inside the body goes out of control and cells divide quickly.
The mutation in the DNA alterations cause the cells to carry on growing. This causes the cells to replicate in an uncontrollable manner, creating a lump of tissue known as a tumour. Cancer may develop in nearly every organ or tissue, such as the lung, colon, chest, skin, bones or nerve tissue.

Signs of cancer depend on the kind and location of the tumour. Cancer of the lungs can cause coughing, trouble breathing or chest pain, while colorectal cancer frequently causes diarrhoea, constipation and blood in the faeces.
General signs include changes in bowel or urinary bladder habits, a sore throat that will not heal, unusual bleeding, thickening or lump in the chest or every other part of the body, heartburn or trouble swallowing, apparent change in a wart or mole or nagging cough or hoarseness.

Here are some simple day to day activities that you can do to prevent cancer. The first one is to stop smoking. Smoking and tobacco cause lung and throat cancer. This accounts for thirty percent of deaths due to cancer all around the world.
Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers. Melanoma is a type of skin cancer that is caused when you expose yourself to the harmful rays of the sun, especially between 10 am and 4 pm. This type of cancer can be avoided if you make it a regular habit to apply sunscreen.

Cancer is also caused by stress. Yes, it is hard to believe but stress impairs the immune system of our body and disables it to fight against cells that cause cancer. Hence, in order to prevent cancer, banish stress from your lives.

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cabbage have cancer-fighting properties. Have these on a regular basis to prevent cancer. Skip alcohol as much as possible as research has proved that it causes cancer.

Exercising regularly also helps to beat cancer. Overweight individuals have also been found to suffer from cancer. Hence keep your weight under control to prevent cancer.
