5 Healthy Habits That Are Unhealthy
We all have some basic ideas about healthy and unhealthy habits. And in pursuit of the same conception we tend to overdo the same good habits sometimes. But, we should not forget that everything has its own limits and when you cross it the results are not very pleasing. They turn out to be harmful for your health conditions. There are many things that we do in our daily lives considering them to be healthy. But, in reality they can be something else. For example you clean your house on a regular basis. But, too much cleaning is also not good. You might hurt yourself and instead of lowering the bacteria and the germs you can just increase them.
Just like cleaning there are many more healthy habits that are actually unhealthy if overdone. In the modern set of lifestyle we always look for shortcuts. And in the same zeal we subscribe ourselves to some of the worst habits that we consider as healthy. We tend to take vitamin supplements instead of having vitamin rich foods. This is not at all a healthy habit. With this you call on a host of diseases.
We all tend to follow some common healthy habits according to our practices and beliefs. For instance we all are quite aware of the healthy sleeping habits, drinking enough water, brushing our teeth, using medicines as first aid etc. But all of these may prove to be unhealthy at the end of the day. All are very important but with their own limitations.
Here are some of the health habits that turns hazardous under certain conditions. Do check them out and beware of them. Also find out if these habits are really healthy and whether you should follow them or not.

Take Supplements
Taking vitamin and other nutrition supplements cannot be counted as one of the healthy habits. They can cause nausea, diarrhea, improper bowel movement, skin rashes, allergies and even cancer.

Cleaning
If you are in a habit of cleaning too much then that might cause serious health hazards. The wet surfaces are a haven for all the bacteria and other microbes to grow.

Brushing Teeth
You might think that the more you brush your teeth the better for you. But, this is not the case. If you brush your teeth more than required then the tooth enamel gets destroyed and it becomes more sensitive.

Drinking Water
We all know that drinking less water can cause health hazards. But, drinking more of it also have the same results. If you drink too much water then the sodium level in the body drops. The results are nausea, vomitting, fatigue etc.

Taking Painkillers
It is not all one of the healthy habits. There is no need to consume painkillers if you are having an ache in any part of the body. They can cause many diseases including cancer.
