In summers avoid going out in the Sun, especially between 12 noon to 4 in the evening. It is the time when the Sun's radiations are at its maximum. If you have to go out due to unavoidable reasons, make sure you take proper precautions.

To prevent chances of heat strokes, you should drink at least 4 litres of water everyday. While going out in the Sun, carry a bottle of water. If possible carry glucose and have glucose water every hour. There are high chances of dehydration, therefore drink as much liquid as possible.
Never go out in the Sun empty stomach. Always have a full meal before stepping out. If empty stomach, your body will absorb more heat and your chances of falling ill will be high.

Bath at least twice a day. This will help to lower down your body temperature. When you are out in the Sun, try and wash your face with cold water. Wear a cap to protect your head, which is the most sensitive part of your body.
