Interval Training: New Style Of Exercising

The perfect bod style statement is what everyone is aiming at. So, people are rushing out of office, hitting gym every day and eating diet food. Well, all your hardwork seems to be useless now. A group of scientists claim that just one intense workout a week can produce the same benefits as jogging or gyming everyday.
This technique, known as 'interval training', was developed for Olympic athletes.
The expert recommend exercise like four-minute hard cycling or sprinting with a three-minute rest in between.
“High-intensity interval training is twice as effective as normal exercise. This is like finding a new pill that works twice as well. We should immediately throw out the old way of exercising," says the experts.
When compared with traditional exercise, such as jogging and gyming, it was found that interval training doubled endurance, improved strength by more than 10 per cent and speed by at least five per cent.
