Home Remedies For Eye Bags
Eye Bags, is often the result of the ageing process. The protective coating of fat around the eyes begins to sag due to loss of tightening of the skin. Aging Eye bags are often accompanied with wrinkles.
;Eye Bags are also caused due to improper sleep, fat accumulation around the eyes, stress, improper lifestyle, digestion problems, tired eyes etc. All these lead to the damage the supple skin around the eyes.
Eye bags can be avoided by following some of these home remedies -
1.Sleep – Your eyes too needs rest and sleep is the best way to get your tired eyes some rest. Overworking, long hours in front of the computer and less hours of sleep are the main reasons for your eyes bags. Make sure you get yourself 7-8 hours of sound sleep.
2.Drink Water – Water, is an agent which will flush out all impurities and also keep you hydrated. Drinking plenty of water washes off impurities and thus your digestive system also works properly.
3.Remove Eye Makeup – Your eye make-up strains your eye vessels and keeping it on for a long time can lead to weakening the fat muscles around your skin. This leads to sagging of the skin around the eyes. Thus, make sure you remove your eye make-up completely before going to bed.
4.Cucumber Slices – Cucumber has maximum water content and is also a cooling agent. After long hours of work, it is advised that you keep a slice of cucumber on your eyes. This helps your tired eyes to relax.
5.Avoid Alcohol – Alcohol detoxifies and dehydrates your body leading to becomes the cause of eye bags. To prevent eyes bags, you should avoid any drink which contains monosodium glutamate.
6.Eye Exercise – Place two fingers on the either side of your outer nostril and move them in a circular motion with slight pressure. These are acupressure points which initiates release of toxins.
Remember, along with your whole body, your eyes too under go under a lot of pressure through out the day. Your eyes are the receptors of messages, which later reaches the brain. At a time when you may be relaxing watching a movie, your eyes once again are under great strain. Thus, your eyes too needs rest and providing it all the rest can help you avoid eye bags.
