Margot Robbie's 'Ridiculous' Bedroom Habit That Irks Her Husband: Healthy Or Harmful In Adults?
Margot Robbie is everywhere now. I'm not complaining. The Australian actress who rose to fame with her role in 'The Wolf of Wall Street,' and 'Joker,' is flying around the world for her upcoming movie 'Barbie,' tour. Directed by the ever-amazing Greta Gerwig, the movie is already making ripples even before its release.

And oh boy! Is Margot Robie a total cutie in her Barbie avatars? From the Brunette Bubble Cut Barbie to the 'Totally Hair' Barbie look, she's undoubtedly aced it all.
Margot Robbie's 'Ridiculous' Bedroom Habit: What Is It?
A recent episode of W magazine's podcast Five Things With Lynn Hirschberg featured the Bombshell actress reflecting on childhood memories and bedtime rituals. Despite the love she still has for Bunny, the stuffed rabbit she's had since birth, Robbie revealed her husband, Tom Ackerley, is not a big fan of the toy.
'My husband always throws Bunny out of the bed because he obviously thinks it's a tad ridiculous that I still sleep with Bunny,' said Robbie.

'Maybe he's a little jealous that Bunny always gets priority place in the bed. He thinks I'm asleep and he'll throw Bunny out of the bed and I get so cross with him.'
Pretty peculiar habit, imo.
No, I'm not saying it's weird to sleep with your stuffed toy, but to have it even when you are a full-grown adult? Meh, who am I to judge? And that is exactly what I did. I went down the path the experts before me took to see whether sleeping with a stuffed toy when you are an adult is a 'healthy' habit or not.
Let's see.

Is It Healthy To Sleep With A Stuffed Toy When You Are An Adult?
1. Comfort and emotional security: According to experts, sleeping with a stuffed toy can provide a sense of comfort and emotional security, reminiscent of childhood [1].
2. Stress reduction: The presence of a familiar object like a stuffed toy next to you, while you sleep, can help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting better sleep [2].
3. Sleep quality: Studies have shown that sleeping with a stuffed toy can improve sleep quality by creating a calming environment, even if you are an adult.

4. Attachment and bonding: Sleeping with a stuffed toy can help adults feel connected and provide a sense of companionship [3].
5. Sleep disorders: For individuals with sleep disorders, sleeping with a stuffed toy may offer a soothing and therapeutic effect [4].
So the verdict is out guys, even if I think it may be weird, the experts don't. Sleeping with a stuffed toy, even when you are an adult is completely okay and not just that - it is actually good for you!
