Arthritis is just one of the health issues where turmeric can provide the best healing. But how do we use turmeric for arthritis pain? So, today in this article we will be explaining about the two best ways to use turmeric to treat arthritis pain.
Turmeric contains the compound called curcumin which is one of the best anti-inflammatory agents. It blocks the enzymes that cause inflammation and reduces the histamine level which is the major factor that causes inflammation and pain in those suffering from arthritis.

In addition to its anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric is also known for its antioxidant properties. The curcumin compound contained in turmeric acts an an important antioxidant agent that helps in neutralizing the free radicals and protecting the bones against degeneration. This way it helps ease arthritis pain as well.

Method Of Preparation:
Take two teaspoons of turmeric powder.

Water:
Take a big glass of water.

Mixing both ingredients:
In a vessel, add both the ingredients and heat it on a low flame for about 5-7 minutes.
Keep stirring it constantly until it turns thick.
Take it off and then allow it to cool.

How To Use:
- One way is to drink this turmeric water once in the morning within 4 hours of preparation.
