Ingredients Required:
Rice - 1 cup
Water - 3 cups
Honey - 1 tablespoon
This natural remedy to treat and reduce indigestion has proven to work effectively, when used on a regular basis.

Along with taking this remedy, one must also ensure that one follows a healthy lifestyle routine, as your lifestyle could be one of the main causes for indigestion.
Eating timely, balanced meals, avoiding junk food, exercising on a regular basis and reducing stress - all of these habits can increase this remedy's effectiveness.
If you continue with your unhealthy habits, this homemade rice tea remedy may not prove to be very helpful.

Now, strain the rice from the water and collect the rice water in a glass.
