Banana+Water=Goodbye To Bronchitis

Persistent cough or even bronchitis can be very irritating to you and others around. Try this home remedy before you try any drugs to cure the problem.

You will need a couple of bananas, warm water and honey. Remove the peels from the bananas and mash them well. Add hot water and 2 teaspoons of honey. Leave the mixture for 45 minutes.

Take 100 ml of this mixture 3-4 time every day for a week and see the difference. Prepare the mixture freshly every day. If this remedy doesn't curb your cough, consult a doctor after a week of trying this remedy.

Now, here are other remedies for bronchitis.



Even onion can be a good remedy for sore throat and bronchitis. Consume a teaspoon of onion juice every morning.



Garlic can be a good remedy for bronchitis. It's a natural antibiotic and also contains antiviral properties. Eat a raw crushed garlic every morning on empty stomach.



Drink turmeric water as the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric can help get rid of the excess mucous.



Vitamin C is important to strengthen your immunity. Orange juice can also work well to soothe your throat.



Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties too. Enjoy ginger tea 2-3 times a day to soothe your throat.



The mucus present in bronchial membranes could be cleared using warm salt water. You might need to gargle warm salt water a few times every day if you are suffering from cough.



Honey can give a soothing effect to your throat as it contains antibacterial properties. It also strengthens your immunity. Consume a tea spoon of honey every day to prevent cough.
