Yogurt

Banana

Rice

Papaya contains a milky white substance called papain, making it one of the foods to eat on bloated stomach. Papain is a good laxative. It is helpful in good bowel movement. Therefore, the next time you feel all bloated up, try and have a papaya to help smoothen your stomach.
