Cure Allergies In A Natural Way

Allergies can be due to food, dust, pollution, sun and insects which the body does not accept. To cure allergies doctors prescribe expensive medicines which make you drowsy or inactive. So, there are natural cure for allergies which can be followed easily at home and provide relief. Following are the natural cure for allergies at home:
1.Food: Increase anti-histamine food in your diet like onion, garlic, citrus fruits like lemon, oranges and pineapple which contain antihistamines.
2.Honey: It is suggested to eat local honey as the pollen level decreases and helps cure allergies. When working in a garden or cutting grass, wear a pollen mask.
3.Rinse your nasal passage at intervals and keep it clear. It washes away the allergens- which can increase allergy reactions and itching inside the nose. Boiled water rinse with PH balancing salt avoids water irritation and cleanses the passage. Do it twice a day to cure allergies.
4.Hot liquids like green tea due to its antioxidants provide relief from congestion. Marshmallow root (gulkhairo) is a also a good decongestant.
5. Exercise a little to clear out nasal congestion and increase your blood circulation.
6.Sting nettles is a herb used for centuries to cure allergies like hay fever. Sting nettles also prevents inflamed sinuses.
7.Change your air filter of ac to avoid dust layer. Also clean the house to avoid dust formation.
8.Grape seed extract and quercetin (flavonoid compound) are one of the natural ways to cure allergy. Although both occur naturally in many food items especially red wine, when used as supplement they can reduce its symptoms.
