World Health Day is observed on 7 April every year. Global health awareness day is celebrated under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO). The day marks the founding of WHO along with raising awareness of the importance of global health.
World Health Day 2023 theme is 'Health for All,' commemorating the 75th anniversary of the World Health Organization (WHO).

For centuries, Ayurveda has been used in India to promote holistic health and well-being. It is based upon the belief that the human body is composed of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. And each of these elements is associated with different parts of the body and serves different functions in the body.
