Design Savvy Kavita Bhartia Surprises The Fashion Stage, AIFWSS '16
The glamour-filled night is about to end and guess, who graced the last few minutes of this awe-inspiring event? It's none other than the incredible Kavita Bhartia. Kavita Bhartia is one of the pioneers of Indian fashion industry and now she has developed a global identity. And yet again her great personality charmed the Amazon India Fashion Week Spring Summer 2016.
Today, the fashion stage was complimented with myriads Indo-western ensembles. Many designers who excel in the Indo-western niche satisfied the audiences with their months-long hard work and I'm glad to say that it finally paid off well. But wait, the element of surprise is not over yet. The mastermind, Kavita Bhartia, behind the Indo-western couture is yet to unveil her greatest collection.
Kavita founded Ogaan in 2001, initially a designer store which grew up to become the largest platform for fashion designers in India. Kavita's label defines the art of mixing Indian artwork with western attires. Her collections always have hints of fun and celebration. She is known to play with designs, fabric, embroidery and colours. And today establishing her geniuses with another sublime collection, she has confirmed that she is the Godfather of Indo-western designs. Let's take a look through her collection gallery below:
The intricate floral design paired with a palazzo is a very neat and classic pairing.

Another floral embroidery but this time with a hint of bling. The bling is kept to a minimum. The pairing of half skirt and full-length netted skirt is admirable.

Looks like Kavita is in love with her skirt compilation...

A very classic ensemble indeed! Pay attention to the delicate designs.

For those who love to wear a chic dress...The best part about this ensemble is the sleeveless jacket and the beautiful heels.
