Apparently, the Canadian singer is said to be parting ways with his long-time manager Scooter Braun and Hailey is said to be playing a key role in handling his business dealings. Justin and Hailey made a fashionable entry at The Nice Guy restaurant in LA and impressed paps with their casual ensembles!
