Neha Dhupia was spotted in it just last night at the Asia Service Quality Awards 2016, and she carried the outfit off with a neatly parted and slicked back hairdo with a heavy silver neck piece.Esha Gupta was spotted wearing the same thing a few months ago at a wedding party. She kept the look more feminine with Amarapali earrings and a relaxed hairdo.
