Banana Stem Raitha

INGREDIENTS:
4" Banana Stem
3 Green Chilies, Chopped
1tsp Mustard Seeds
2tsp Oil
Salt to taste
1 Cup thick Curds
1tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped

METHOD:
Chop the Banana Stem finely and remove the excess thread.

Mix it with Chilies and Salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Squeeze the water from the Banana Stem pieces completely and remove to a bowl. Heat Oil and add the Mustard Seeds, when they start spluttering add to the Banana Stem pieces. Add Curds and mix well.

Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.
