Yummy Mushroom Aloo Fry Recipe

This mushroom aloo fry is an easy and quick recipe that you can make tonight. One of the best things about this yummy mushroom aloo fry is that it can be made as a starter or into a side dish. Being a Friday night, you might be having friends over, therefore, it is the best option for you to prepare in a hurry.
To make this yummy mushroom aloo fry recipe, here is how you should start. Take a look:

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Mushroom - 2 cups (chop in half)
- Potatoes - 2 cups (diced )
- Onions - 1 cup (chopped)
- Cloves - 2
- Garlic - 2 (crushed)
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water - 1 cup
Procedure
1. To make this yummy mushroom aloo fry, begin by taking a pan. Pour a little olive oil in the pan and let it turn hot on a medium flame.
2. When the oil is hot, drop in the chopped onions and fry them till they turn golden brown.
3. Now add to the pan the cloves and garlic. Fry these two ingredients well with the onions, till they turn completely brown in colour.
4. When the onions are well cooked, add in the pepper powder. Now mix the onions well using a flat spoon.
5. Add in the diced potatoes to the onions and fry them.
6. Pour a little water in the pan for the potatoes to cook.
7. Let the potatoes cook for about 10 minutes.
8. To the potatoes, add the chopped mushrooms. Mix the mushrooms well with the ingredients inside the pan.
9. Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to cook for 8 minutes or so.
10. When the mushroom is cooked, sprinkle the salt over the mushroom aloo fry.
Your mushroom aloo fry recipe is now ready to eat. You can enjoy this yummy dish alongside peas pulav.
