Ghegho – A Tasty Spinach Side Dish
Ingredients:

  1. 2 cup of spinach (chopped)
  2. 3 glasses of buttermilk
  3. Pinch of asafoetida
  4. pinch of baking soda
  5. ' cup gram flour
  6. 8 tsps of oil
  7. ' tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp red chili powder
  10. Salt to taste

How To Make Ghegho Side Dish?

  1. Mix besan flour with buttermilk.
  2. In a frying pan, add oil, asafoetida and chopped spinach and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Then add baking soda, water and cook until the leaves are soft.
  4. Stir in the besan buttermilk mixture, turmeric, coriander, red chili powder and salt.
  5. Cook the spinach curry until thick. Tasty Ghegho ready to serve.

Enjoy the spicy side dish with hot roti or naan.
