Easy Capsicum Burji Recipe
Looking for an easy dinner recipe for th evening? Try out this simple and delicious recipe of capsicum burji. This recipe is extremely easy to prepare and is tasty in all respects. You can serve it as side dish with rotis or parathas. You can even use it as a stuffing for your breakfast roll in the morning if you have some leftover.
Capsicum burji is a simple and quick recipe. Not very spicy, this vegetarian recipe is also easy on your stomach. Another advantage of this recipe is that it is extremely kid friendly and your little ones will definitely enjoy the aroma of capsicum.

So, try out this easy capsicum burji recipe and have a sumptuous meal.
Serves: 3-4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Capsicums- 2
- Onion- 1
- Jeera/Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
- Jeera/Cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Red Chilli powder- ½ tsp
- Coriander powder- ½ tsp
- Gram flour/Besan- 1tbsp
- Oil- 1tbsp
- Salt- as per taste.
Method
- Chop the capsicum into fine cubes, and the chop onion fine too.
- Add oil to the pan, once hot add jeera, chopped onion and fry till the onions are translucent.
- Add the chopped capsicum, chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and Salt as per taste. Mix well over medium heat.
- In a bowl mix the gram flour with a little water maintaining a thick consistency and making sure there are no lumps!
- Pour the mix into the frying pan and keep stirring making sure it mixes well with the capsicum mixture in the frying pan.
- Toss around till mixed well and your capsicum burji is ready!
