Ingredients:
500gms Small Potatoes
"' tbsp Mustard Seeds
50gms Tomato paste
4 - 5 Green Chilies
Salt to taste
1tbsp Sugar
1tbsp Ginger paste
3 - 4 tbsp Refined Oil
Method:
Boil Potatoes and peel them.
Heat Oil in pan and fry Mustard and Ginger paste.
Add the Potatoes and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the Chilies, Sugar and Tomato paste.
Add enough water to make a thick gravy.
Simmer for a few minutes and serve with Puri's also known as Luchi in West Bengal.
